If this is your first visit to our website, please read on….
We have two centres of worship, St Patrick’s Church, Whitehead and St John’s Church, Islandmagee. Both belong to the Church of Ireland in the United Parish of Whitehead & Islandmagee, Diocese of Connor. As such we are part of the Anglican fellowship of believers.

Like the community we serve, our two congregations are made up of people from a wide variety of backgrounds and perspectives. The Eucharist (Holy Communion) is an important element of our shared worship and is offered every Sunday morning at 8.30am and once a month at the main morning services in each church to bind us together in Christ and empower us to share His Gospel with the world.

As a member of ‘Inclusive Church Network’ and ‘Changing Attitudes Ireland’, we welcome and affirm every individual as a child of God, regardless of age, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, disability, or background. We nurture people of all ages in the Christian faith and deepen our relationship with Christ through shared worship, hospitality, friendship, and service.

We invite you to come and share with us at one of our meetings, or if that is not possible then join us via our Facebook Page where services are live streamed every Sunday morning. Or simply contact us if you would like a chat.
